OneTen is a coalition of leading chief executives and their companies who are coming together to hire, promote, and advance one million Black individuals who do not yet have a four-year degree into family-sustaining careers over the next 10 years. We take a skills-first approach, connecting employers with talent partners, leading nonprofits, and other skill-credentialing organizations to support the development and promotion of diverse talent. Ultimately, our vision is to close the racial wealth gap in the United States.

Position Description
Data bridges the gap between dreams and decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst you are adept at creating business intelligence and actionable insights from complex data sets. You will apply common data techniques such as cleansing, normalization, enrichment to transform data into simple, meaningful, and powerful information. In this role you will serve a key function by partnering with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to provide business reporting, analysis, and data-driven insights on the operational health of the business. The person should have exposure to and some experience with human capital data like job openings, labor and wage data, and demographic information. Data curiosity and resourcefulness are essential for the role. You should possess enough self-motivation to uncover, explore and analyze uncharted data territories, then filter and clean complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. At different points of the day, you will have conversations with various stakeholders to learn what’s going on in the other parts of the organization. What new challenges are being faced? What new goals have been set?
