    Developing a New Strategic Plan for Entrepreneurs

    Venture for America

    Venture for America, a nonprofit, two-year fellowship program designed to support and mold emerging entrepreneurs, enlisted Yardstick Management to perform a structural diversity, equity, and inclusion audit. The process invoked new systems for the internal operations of the organization, including marketing outreach, fellow recruitment, strategic partnership development, and the job search process. Each facet of the audit was created to ensure that inclusive practices were present and would remain within the organization for the duration of its existence.
