    Eliminating Microaggressions and Bias in the Workplace

    WeGrow, a school developed under the WeWork umbrella, enlisted Yardstick Management to host a two-hour training session for over 25 staff members focusing on implicit bias and racism within the workplace. Senior Diversity Consultant, Bilal King curated an interactive discussion that highlighted the history of implicit bias, the impact of negative saturation and its effects on certain groups, and how ultimately, the two can influence work-life culture.
