Change Effectiveness Trainings

Facilitated by a YSM Change Management Consultant
(1/2, 1- or 2-day workshops)

YSM’s change effectiveness workshops are customized, interactive trainings where participants learn industry-leading methodologies and a systemic approach for affecting foundational or transformational change. The theories are applied to actual change opportunities that participants are facing within the organization to make it real and empower participants with action plans as they return to their organization to champion, lead or participate in change.


Available change effectiveness workshops include: 

  • Leading Change – geared toward executive sponsors and senior leadership to equip them with the ability to take change/transformation initiatives from concept through implementation in a way that engages stakeholders and ensures smooth adoption.
  • Managing Change – geared toward middle management to equip them to be the bridge between the leadership’s vision for change and its effective realization among stakeholders.
  • Enfranchising Change – geared towards staff of all levels, this training empowers employees to understand their critical role in the change, ensuring that their experience of change is a positive, developmental one.

Emerging Leaders Institute

Facilitated by a YSM Executive Coach
(6, 9 or 12 months)

This program offering is geared toward high-performing managers and emerging leaders across the organization and is designed to develop their leadership insights, actions and effectiveness as they champion teams and change initiatives within the organization. The selected group of leaders are joined together in an all-hands workshop to kick off the program, then broken into small, cross-functional cohorts for the remainder of the program.

Key features of this program offering include:

  • Small, peer exchange cohorts of 3-7 emerging leaders
  • Exploration of management issues, challenges and opportunities through case studies
  • Focus on real change opportunities identified by the group, to be implemented during the program
